10,000 residential units earmarked for student accommodation, affordable sales and rental as well as midmarket units. All units will be highly suitable for both the rental as well as ownership market.

AIM OF DEVELOPMENT
The 23ha Central Park project is situated in the Albertville suburb, also known as Sophiatown, adjacent to well established suburbs such as Newlands, Westdene, Bergbron, as well as higher income areas such as Northcliff. The project can yield in between 9,500 - 10,650 student accommodation opportunities/beds. The main project focus is to establish a "Sustainable Student Accommodation Village".
